Enjoy a VIE welcome at the airport. Transfer to Paris and begin exploring the city with your teachers. Your family stay will start in the late afternoon.
The beginning of a fabulous opportunity! Each student is placed in a family with a child of approximately the same age and similar interests. Students will be immersed in French language and culture while participating in the family’s daily life. Students may have the chance to visit a French school. A chance to see how the French really live, far from cliches. Teachers will be lodged in a hotel during the family stay.

In the morning you will say au revoir to your host family and transfer by TGV to Avignon. Meet with your private guide and discover “Le Palais des Papes” et “le Pont Saint Bénézet”. Dinner & hotel in Avignon.

With your private bus and guide, use the morning to visit the Pont du Gard, a famous Roman aqueduct, and the Roman ruins in Nîmes. In the afternoon you can explore the Camargue, the Rhone delta at leisure with your guide. Optional horseback riding excursion. Dinner in Les-Baux-de-Provence & hotel in Avignon.

On the way to the Côte d’Azur make a stop in Aix-en-Provence. Then depart for the French riviera. Time for a late afternoon swim in the Mediterranean. Dinner & hotel in Nice.

Spend the morning visiting the resort city of Nice, its old quarter and the Promenade des Anglais. Visit the Chagall Memorial and the Matisse Museum, then take time for some shopping. Dinner & hotel in Nice.
